I have something to get off my chest.
I hate rude people. HATE..
Seriously, what has happened to man kind?
People are so self absorbed that they have no awareness of their surroundings or how they make people feel.
Example….
When I let someone out in traffic, I at least expect a little wave. Do I get it? 79.8 % of the time, no. Uggg, drives me crazy.
Rude people are all around.
Standing behind someone in Target, the patron doesn’t even speak to the check out person and when they get their card handed back to them ,they don’t say Thank You.
Takes one second to say Thank You. For real it does, time yourself.
Don’t even get me started on turn signals…..RUDE RUDE RUDE
Are parents not teaching manners anymore???
Ohhhh and God forbid people smile. Takes more muscles to frown than to smile you know.
Here’s a biggie…when someone emails me with a question on a recipe or such and I answer with a long explained email and then never hear back from that person….ohhhhhhhhhhhh, really?? I’m not a robot people. Can I get a “Thank you for your time.”? Pisssssses me off.
I dunno, maybe people are miserable. Can everyone be that miserable?
That’s it, so if you are a rude person…sorry we can’t be friends. I don’t do Rude.
On to cookies.
So, I had nooooo idea that pudding cookies existed.
I saw Shelly post her Oreo Pudding Cookies and also saw Maria post her Banana Pudding Cookies…say Whaaa?
I went on the Kraft site and yes indeed..Pudding Cookies are real.
I made my own version using
a} Crushed Biscoff Cookies..like the best cookie in the world
b} Butterscotch Chips
c}Cheesecake Pudding Mix
I wasnt sure how they would turn out…but
OH
MY
GOD
They were soft, a bit chewy on the edges and AH-MAZING.
My husband made the shocking statement,
“I think these are the best cookies I have ever had.”
Them are some big words.
Sorry for all the photos..I was have a good snap shot day.

Ohhhh girl these look good!
Yay for Biscoff!
Gah, I hate rude people too! We have people that call the office all the time to complain about a problem and they are just hateful hateful people. But on the other side of this post, I love these pudding cookies! So far I’ve only made Chocolate chip cheesecake pudding cookies and they are one of our favorites now. I’ll have to try these!
Leslie I love Home Goods! Now you have me wanting to drive down there and see if they have that stand. I’m so bad at that store and I can never ever control myself. The cookies look good and people are just going to be rude no matter what. When I go through check out and they don’t speak I make a point to say Hi how are your doing? They usually stop and look at me and then change their mood.
Biscoff, cheesecake and pudding in one title!! Your killing me…softly 😉
I’m sorry you’re experiencing all the rudeness out there! Excuse my ignorance, but what are Biscoff cookies? I am shocked that there is a cookie out there I don’t know (LOL)! Thanks in advance!!
When I first moved to nyc, I couldn’t believe how rude some people could be. Yes, the city does get a bad rap for being rude when really there are tons of nice people, but after living in the south my whole life, I just couldn’t wrap my head around people not holding doors open for each other or saying “please.” But these cookies look amazing – seriously drooling!
There do seem to be a lot of rude people these days! Some of it I feel is because we interact with more random people on a regular basis (internet, phone, car, stores, jobs, etc.).
I still haven’t tried pudding cookies. Maybe one day. 🙂
You know what drives me nuts? This is people being rude and lazy. When people are seriously parked two feet away from the cart return and they can’t even take 5 seconds to put their cart away. Then, the cart blows into your car and leaves a ding. Anyway, I still haven’t tried Biscoff anything. I’m not even sure what it tastes like, but these cookies sure sound delish!
agreed, rude people can ruin a day.
LOVE the cookies!
Grrr…that email thing drives me batty also. Consider yourself lucky that you don’t live in the DC area. They don’t call us the city of “Southern efficiency and Northern charm” for nothing. The manners here are the worst!
I think I’m the only blogger out there who still hasn’t tried Biscoff stuff, but I can say without a doubt that I love anything involving cheesecake! These look fantastic!
I think I must live under a rock – I’ve never heard of Biscoff cookied. But, your recipe looks delicious. I’ll need to give it a try. My pet peeve with rudeness is when walking on the sidewalk toward two or more people walking side by side. Why is it that they never feel like they should separate into single file so we can share the sidewalk like cars do the road but instead act like i should be pushed onto the grass so they can continue to walk side by side????
cookies (where is spell check when you need it?)
Mmm I’ve been seeing pudding cookies lots lately and now I’m so tempted to make them… But Biscoff Cheesecake Cookies? OMG that sounds like perfection!
And I agree- I hate rude people. Nothing wrong with a smile and simple thank you 🙂
Oh my Leslie, you hit it right on the nose! I can definitely relate to the e-mail scenario. SO frustrating!!
On a lighter note- these cookies look DELIGHTFUL!
xo,
Mini Baker
are the people you let into traffic really old? if so, maybe they’re afraid to take their hands off the wheel. 🙂
I completely agree with you! Rude people are the worst! It astounds me day after day that there are so many people wasting energy being rude. I work in a doctors office and I understand people don’t have a lot of energy to be upbeat, but there are sooo many people who are just nasty for no reason!! And where I grew up people were nice to each other, we smiled at people, even waved! But now, it’s just surly frowns and annoyed eyebrows.
Anyways, I love the beauty shots of the cookies! I’ll have to see what this biscoff thing is all about!
Okay, the cookies look to die for…I mean, you put biscoff cookies, butterscotch, and cheesecake pudding together. IN A COOKIE. It’s not possible for that to be less than amazing.
But. Let’s talk about the rudeness. You are SO right!! Closing doors in people’s faces, ZERO traffic etiquette these days, no please or thank house, chewing with mouths open like big ole hogs……… It’s depressing and infuriating, at the same time. Ugh! I’m glad someone else sees it!
Anyway, these cookies are bound to make anyone be nice. 😉
*you
I agree with you… I hate rude people. I don’t know what has gotten into our society that people have altogether forgotten manners. These cookies I think could cure all the rude people in the world!!!
Thank you for sharing the beautiful pics and recipe! 🙂
