If you crave “salty”, I got your “salty” right here.
I am not a big fan of prepackage dips. I don’t know, something just always seems to taste a bit off.
I don’t usually buy potato chips. Only for special occasions and parties. Not because I don’t LOVE them, it’s just my will power issue that we all are well aware of. I am sure I would sit down and eat a whole bag without even thinking of it. So my whole theory is, that if I don’t buy it, I can’t eat it.
Soooo, when I do have a big ol’ bag of chips in my house, I have to make a nice creamy dip.
There is nothing fancy, and no special ingredients in this. I am sure you have it all in your house right now.
So if you have chips and are craving a super yummy and easy dip, well here ya go……..
| Sour Cream Dip |
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.
- Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
This can be made several days in advance.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
I am the EXACT same way with chips. If I buy them, I eat them. All. In one day. This dip sounds great.! It’s going to be my excuse to buy some! Ya know. For reasearch purposes. Ahem…

I usually don’t comment on recipes mostly because I forget to but this is good stuff! I couldn’t believe that it was so simple and so yummy! I will def. be making this again with leftover sour cream (my husband doesn’t eat sour cream any other way…shhh its our little secret 🙂
