You are such a talented baker. Just so you know this weekend I’m finally gonna give your sponge bob cake a try…wish me luck. I’m gonna need it 33degrees C is not fondant weather at all….I suspect I may be calling your name in a not too flattering way when things get really sticky LOL Fingers crossed that it cools down a bit this weekend.
